It seems that Jackie will visit Tangshan City in Hebei Province in October this year and preparations for the visit have started.
I just had to quote this bit of information from the report:

It seems that Jackie will be holding a large-scale fundraising concert and charity auction in Tangshan City.
Reading a little further in the news it seems Jackie will also be visiting Linyi in October REPORT HERE But I have to confess that report is somewhat confusing.
