In the extra's on the Blueray version of The Karate Kid is an alternate ending in which we see Jackie and Yu Rongguang fight.

Yeah pity its only on the blueray version :( but still I am sure eventually some one will post the bits on youtube and us 'other' folks can see them. I hope :)
