Can't get it to play, nor the link - shame . .
Well I have just checked both links and it works fine. Sometimes the link from China is slow. I would try again in a off peak period.
If neither the embedded video nor the direct link work for you then I can't help as the problem is not mine. Sometimes there are problems with video streaming from China. The link is active and working so just keep trying.

I have been trying to see it since you posted it, but no luck yet, the link says page not available. I keep trying! :)
I just checked the link again and the video is active and streaming just fine. I'm sorry but if for some reason the video is unavailable to you then I can't advise on a solution.
