70th Anniversary Parade

Jackie was one of the representatives of the entertainment industry invited to attend the 70th Anniversary of Victory Over Fascism (ie the end of WW2).

Jackie shared his thoughts on viewing the parade on Weibo:

I have had the privilege of witnessing the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic and now today celebrating the Seventieth Anniversary of Victory over Fascism. Today, my heart has been filled with excitement, especially when I was touched by appearance of the war veterans. W We owe them for the fact that they fought desperate struggle in the past so that there can be peace and prosperity now. I honour all veterans, Whether or not you were able to be present today. I salute you!

I hope for world peace, and never again war!

Really wonderful. In his films like Dragon Blade and Little Big Soldier Jackie Chan has always made his view upon war very clear: no more ware, make peace. To have so many tribes work together in Dragon Blade was a true message: you can achieve so much when you work together. :-)
