this looks wonderful, the colors pop off the screen, the music is great!

Well you think incorrectly I'm afraid. It is a new movie, they just had the premier in Jackie Chan Cinema in Beijing with the New Seven Little Fortunes earlier in the week and it was released in theaters on the 10th. Chinese animation is closer to Anime than it is to Hollywood type animation. It is also not a remake although it does take story elements from Kung Fu Panda and from Little Big Soldier. Jackie's image from LBS is used under license.
