Jackie does Segway-fu
A fairly interesting commentary from the Kungfu Cinema News and Review site.
But in the interests of correct information I have to point out that Jackie's first language is Mandarin (both his parents were from the mainland) and that is the language he grew up speaking. Tuition at the Opera School was also in Mandarin and learning the opera would also have involved memorising lyrics and speeches in classical Mandarin.
And unless my eyes are deceiving me watching the ad in slooooww mooootttiiioooonnn (sorry couldn't resist the temptation to do that) much of that is indeed Jackie and not a double. (He has a somewhat distinctive body shape).

Jackie Chan Fights Viruses on a Segway

Celebrities often sell themselves to corporations in order to earn some quick and easy bucks, sometimes even straying from the predictable genre of fashion accessories into the domain of technology.
Many of those ventures seem uncomfortable and strange, like the Seinfeld-Microsoft pairing or the banned-in-the-U.S. Christina Aguilera Virgin Mobile ad. Some can actually be successful and humorous, like the Alec Baldwin Hulu spots, and others artistic, such as the Wes Anderson and Brad Pitt tribute to classic French slapstick (disguised as a cell phone promo).
Joining the fray in a new commercial for Kaspersky Labs, which provides "World-class Internet security for our times," is a round-housing Jackie Chan, high-kicking his way into the oddball, madcap world of tech ads. The spot is just as absurd and strange as previous celeb offerings, and Jackie definitely makes this promo incredibly entertaining.
While the commercial may not inspire everyone to fortify their computers with Kaspersky, having Jackie obliterate chomping viruses in the "cyberworld" with spinning backhand punches and flipping scissor kicks (all from a Segway!) certainly can't hurt its sales. [From: YouTube]

Jackie endorses Kaspersky Anti-virus
Jackie signed a contract to do 2 adverts for Kaspersky Labs (remember they sponsored the 1 May 2009 Dragon and Friends Concert held at the Bird's nest stadium). The first advert launched recently.

Well .... Jackie certainly looks fit and agile and remarkably flexible and the Segway certainly is pretty cool....
